Under the oak tree

The moment I got to know Britt and Chris was through a video call while I was sitting in a cafe in downtown Los Angelos. Immediately I felt like this was going to be such a sweet story to be a part of and to capture. While there were firetrucks driving around, making it hard to communicate, we got to know each other and crafted a plan.

Back in the Netherlands four months later the three of us met up and drove around to scout the places they were planning to celebrate their commitment to each other. Even though COVID-19 didn’t make it easy for these two, they decided to get married anyways… and what a beautiful party it was!

On the 27th of august they got married under a massive oak tree together with their friends and family. An intimate and intentional celebration with one of the best BBQ's I’ve ever had!
